Neapolitan BBQ | Spiffalo Artichicken Dip

A BBQ in which you smoke/bbq Pork Butt, Brisket, and Beer-butt chicken and serve it all together, ala Neapolitan Ice Cream.

Chicken = Vanilla Pork = Strawberry Brisket = Chocolate.

I highly encourage you to to do this. It makes for an excellent bbq. For ours, we also made three sauces. 1) BBQ Sauce (traditional, Ryan Phill recipe); 2) White BBQ Sauce; and 3) Green Sauce - a piquant parsley/anchovy/garlic/caper sauce from Marcella Hazan's Essentials of Italian Cooking. Smoke all your meat. Serve it like it's ice cream. I made divisions with lettuce, and then later I ate the lettuce on a sandwich.
